Config Plugin

Add the expo-notifications config plugin to app.json. It adds the iOS push capability and the Android notification setup at build time:

Set your bundle identifier in app.json:

Upload your APNs key in the PNTA dashboard. See Platform Keys.

Push notifications need a development build. Expo Go doesn’t support them:

npx expo run:ios
npx expo run:android

Or build with EAS:

eas build --profile development
